Christ Church Community Hall, Christchurch Road, Ashford, TN23 7XB

All music must stop by 10:30pm and the building must be vacated by 11pm

Hire of the hall does NOT include use of the stage or back-stage areas.

St Mary's Community Centre - Main Hall - Rylands Road, Kennington, TN24 9LL

Capacity: 75 people
All music must stop by 10:30pm and the building must be vacated by 11pm
Facilities include: tables, chairs, kitchen with oven, cutlery, crockery etc.
Hire Fees: £25.00 per hour* - or £35 per hour if you hire Main and Small Hall at the same time

All music must stop by 10:30pm and the building must be vacated by 11pm
Facilties include: tables and chairs, but no access to kitchen facilities
Hire Fees: £20.00 per hour* - or £35 per hour if you hire Small and Main Hall at the same time
Booking Fee: £10 - non-refundable (deducted from the hire fee)

St Francis' Hall, Cryol Road, Ashford, TN23 5AS
Size: 12m x 11m
Capacity: 75 people
All music must stop by 10pm and the building must be vacated by 10:30pm
Facilities include: tables, chairs, kitchen with oven, cutlery, crockery etc.
Hire Fees: £20.00 per hour*
Booking Fee: £10 - non-refundable (deducted from hire fee)

Not available for hire on Saturdays.
Capacity: 50 people
All music must stop by 10:30pm and the building must be vacated by 11pm

Security Deposit: £75 - refundable after event
BOUNCY CASTLES: we do not allow Bouncy Castles, or any similar inflatable apparatus, in any of our halls. Small Soft-Play equipment is permitted.
MUSIC: all music must stop by the times stated above for each hall

It is also possible, in some circumstances, to hire a church for your event. Please scroll down the page, beyond the hall details, to find out more.
If you think a church might be more suitable for your event - a concert, for example - prices range from £30 per hour to £60 per hour with a security deposit of £100 and additional fees for a Sound Technician and/or kitchen facilities.
Please Note:
Hire fees increased on 1 April 2024 for all bookings taken after that date.
Also for bookings taken after 1 April 2024, there is no additional charge for heating in the winter months.
