Thursdays (Term Time) 3:00pm - 5:00pm Games Cafe: Open Session

(All The Family)(60 Max Capacity (Adults + Children)

Step into the KingsnorthCreate Games Café, Every week from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, we invite families of all ages to join us for an afternoon filled with board games, refreshments, and quality time together. With a capacity of 60 participants (adults and children combined), our Games Café is the ideal spot for after-school unwinding. Whether you're a fan of classic board games, strategy challenges, or light-hearted card games, our Games Café offers something for everyone. From timeless favourites like Monopoly and Scrabble to engaging family-friendly games there’s a game for every interest and skill level. It’s a fantastic way for families to connect, share laughs, and enjoy some friendly competition in a warm and welcoming environment.

Adult Leader to Child Ratio:  Since every child must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver who remains their primary guardian while on site, our ratio is designed to offer additional care and support. We ensure that there are always at least 5 adult leaders present, maintaining a ratio of 1 adult leader for every 6 children.

Parent/Carer to Child Ratio: We kindly ask all parents and carers attending our group to adhere to the following ratios:

For children under 2 years old: 1 adult to 3 children

For children aged 2 to 3 years: 1 adult to 4 children

For children aged 4 to 8 years: 1 adult to 6 children

For children aged 9 to 12 years: 1 adult to 8 children

For children aged 13 to 18 years: 1 adult to 10 children

Capacity Information: At KingsnorthCreate’s Games Cafe, we can accommodate up to 60 participants (adults and children combined) per session. If you arrive and we are at maximum capacity, we will not be able to accommodate additional guests at that time. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Once we reach our maximum capacity, we will post a message on our social media page and place a sign outside our building saying that we are at maximum capacity for that session. We ask parents/carers to respect this and try again the following week.
