Cancellation Policy

Parent/Carer to Child Ratio: We kindly ask all parents and carers attending our group to adhere to the following ratios: For children under 2 years old: 1 adult to 3 children For children aged 2 to 3 years: 1 adult to 4 children For children aged 4 to 8 years: 1 adult to 6 children Capacity Information: At KingsnorthCreate’s Sensory Inclusive Toddler Group, we can accommodate up to 25 participants (adults and children combined) per session. In order to attend one of our sessions we ask that you book a place in advance. If you turn up to a session and have not booked we will not be able to offer you a place. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Registration Form Process: To ensure a smooth and efficient registration process for KingsnorthCreate’s Toddler Groups, please complete the registration form found online or in person. This form gathers essential information about your child, including health details and emergency contacts, and provides consent for participation and media use. After filling out the form, submit it either online or via email or in person at the session. This form will only have to be completed once, but we ask they parents/ carers update us with any changes. For the Sensory Inclusive Toddler Group, please ensure you book your session in advance to secure a spot, as space is limited. We request that you review all provided information carefully and notify us of any changes promptly. Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe and organised environment for all participants.
