While our main service is at 10am on Sunday morning, we offer a range of services at St Mary's, of different kinds and at different times.
You're always very welcome to join us.

Sunday morning at 10am
This is our main morning service, which happens every week. Generally, it's a service of Holy Communion in modern language with hymns, organ music and contributions from our choir. We welcome children to take part in our service and sometimes have services specially designed to help them participate.
Sunday afternoon at 4pm
We don't have an afternoon service every Sunday - generally it's once a month. Sometimes we are marking a special occasion in the Christian calendar, and sometimes just making time for worship and prayer. Music is an integral part of these services, with contributions from the choir.

Simple services
We hold a monthly 8am service of Holy Communion according to the Book of Common Prayer, either on the 4th Sunday of the month, or on Easter Sunday and Christmas day. We gather for this traditional, reflective service in the chancel area, using pews that in some cases are over 500 years old.

10am - Eucharist (Genesis 32.22-31; Matthew 14.13-21).
NB: there is no Choral Evensong in August.

10am - Eucharist (Romans 12-end; Matthew 16.21-end)
